Inauguration of a new Fisk Organ in Muscatine, Iowa
It was a privilege to inaugurate the stunning new C.B. Fisk organ, Op. 153, at Wesley United Methodist Church in Muscatine, Iowa on November 24, 2019. The Fisk organ replaced a large Casavant-Frères Organ that was tragically destroyed in a tornado. A capacity audience filled Wesley UMC to hear a program of music by Widor, Mendelssohn, Bach, Bruhns, Alain, and Duruflé demonstrate the tremendous expressive potential of this new instrument. Hearty congratulations to the C.B. Fisk workshop for another impressive achievement to add to their already stellar list!
